Job Responsibility:
- Responsible for leading, supporting and coaching a team of System Engineer
- To provide support and operation services at a 7x24 bases
- Provide first-line troubleshooting on servers and network equipments
- Network infrastructure setup and configuration on network switches, routers and firewall
- Unix scripting to automate data center operation
- NT domain and UNIX/Linux account maintenance and administration

Job Requirements:
- Degree holders or above in IT related disciplines or equivalent
- Master degree holder in Information Engineering would be an advantage
- Certificate holders in MCSE/CNE, CCNA/CCDP, CISA/CISSP is preferred
- Solid experience in Unix/Linux (HP, UX, Sun Solaris and IBM AIX), Windows servers support, MS Exchange setup and configuration
- Sound knowledge in dealing with third parties hardware and software vendors and suppliers coordination and follow up
- Organize service review meetings and prepare relevant documentations and reports
- Self-motivated, excellent communication and customer handling skill
- 3-5 years' working experience in system and networking, preferably gained from ISPs or Telcos
