Job Description:
The Product Manager is responsible for product planning, productivity of services, and product marketing. This involves managing the products throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with Technical & Business Team to deliver the winning products that could achieve revenue target and customer satisfaction. He/She should ensure that the product and marketing efforts are in supportive of the company's overall business strategy and objective.
 
Responsibilities:
Managing product development process to ensure usability and marketability of the service.
Preparing business case and implementation plan for new products/services.
Identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability through focused sales and marketing activity, work with Business Team to achieve the defined sales targets.
Provide consultancy to the Business Team in developing customized solutions.
Liaison, Coordination and Communication with regional/global business partners and clients.
Monitor product performance on a monthly basis and take corrective action where required.
Identify product requirements based on market analysis and customer feedback.
Drive product development and enhancements to ensure continued growth of the product.
 
Requirements:
At least 5 years IT management experience with previous working experience in ISP or telecom industry.
Degree in Business, Computer Science or Information Technology; MBA with technical Bachelor degree will be an advantage.
Strong in IT product & service packaging and business development with good senses on the global markets in IT, Internet and telecom industries.
Mature, well considered and strategic approach at a senior management level.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English and Putonghua.
